5 food items to nourish your hair: Food is a basic human necessity. It has an all-round effect on our life. Food is differentiated on the basis of nutrients it has. It can be divided into energy giving, bodybuilding and regulatory food. From the category name, it is quite clear as to what food has what importance. Energy giving foods are fats, carbohydrates and proteins. Bodybuilding food is vitamin, minerals and proteins. Regulatory foods are fibre and water. Every food of the above categories is to be consumed in a balanced manner. Food helps in a number of body functions than just providing energy. It helps in repair and promotes development and growth.
