Now slowly bring your left knee forward and stand while bending forward and touching the ground. Lastly, slowly move back up and stand straight. This completes your Surya Namaskar.

Trikonasana – Triangle Pose
The trikonasana or the triangle pose is performed when you stand straight with your feet wide apart. Now take your right foot and face it outwards while bending it at a 90-degree angle. This will lead to your left hand rising above your body while the right one is downwards to the floor, make sure both your arms are in a straight line. Now turn your head to the left while looking up. Now stay in the pose and do deep breathing. Now slowly come up and repeat the same exercise for the other side. Virbhadrasana- Warrior Pose
In this pose, you have to stand with your legs wide open and your right foot facing outside bent at 90 degrees while the left one facing in, and bent at 15 degrees.
