The mental health for women entrepreneurs can be devastating. According to the CDC, women are more likely than men to report frequent mental distress, emotional disorders and poor overall health. More and more women are breaking the “glass ceiling” of business, but there’s a problem: Many women entrepreneurs aren’t addressing their mental health.
