• ●  Planning and explaining detailed diet plan sharing via email in printable format and explaining on phone.
• ●  Daily monitoring for 15 days on WhatsApp or email.
• ●  Diet review and modifications as per trimester. Monthly review by call or via Whatsappmessage.
• ●  Awareness counselling session on Breast-Feeding Practices at the end of the thirdtrimester.
