About Akanksha Bhilwadkar:

I have started practising classical postures at the age of 12 and now achieved 10+ years of experience in practising yogic postures.

Later, I practiced advanced postures for which I won 2 International gold medals along with a distinction class in the Yoga Visharad exam. I now also advises yogic postures for lifestyle disorders, joint and muscular pains and stress-related health problems.

I have been conducting yoga sessions for NCC Cadets, Forest Guards, special children, tribal children, summer camps and women of mixed age groups.
