Requests received later than a business day prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund, only if the cancellation of the service is announced in the succeeding 4 hours of booking the service, only and only through our portal, and if the payment is made n our portal. We don’t give refunds for any service for which the payment was made in cash directly to the service provider, or any service for which the payment was not made electronically through our website, or doesn’t fall under the purview of our services.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
